"Absolutely amazing pizza, super friendly and attentive staff. The atmosphere is great in a cool and family friendly space. The by the slice/pay by the pound is a perfect way to make sure you can try all of the topping offerings, which you’ll want to do. Both styles of pizza had a crust lthat was flavorful and perfectly cooked with a nice amount of crunch. The alla pala was light and airy, the in teglia was a little more dense. Both were incredible. It’s hard to say what was my favorite but it was probably the spicy meatball. The potato and spring onion offerings were a nice change from typical offerings you see other places. Other highlights were the white hot with a Parmesan chili crisp that gave a salty/spicy crunch and the rosso was a nice light bite. Finally, if you’re about the classics the pepperoni was loaded with cup and crisp that was flavorful but not overly heavy or greasy. Beyond the pizza offerings we also tried the suppli, the risotto was cooked perfectly and fried to perfection. This is also a must try when you visit. Definitely looking forward to going back to my new favorite pizza joint!"

"All the slices we tried were solid! The crust is crispy on the bottom with a nice chew. Red sauce has a nice tartness. Each slice was garnished well and flavors well balanced. Lots of great options and the space is well appointed. Will definitely come back regularly!"

"Came solo during happy hour and ended up with more food than I could finish in one sitting — which is both a testament to the concept and a heads up for first-timers. The pizza (pay by weight): Three strips tried. The margherita was the standout, bright tomato, fresh basil, genuinely good acid balance. Simple and executed well. The garlic chili oil and cheese had real flavor and a satisfying crunch from the topping, though it leaned mild with no actual heat. The pesto was the mildest of the three, very subtle flavor. Worth noting that the minimum strip size is pretty generous, so plan accordingly if you’re solo and sampling multiple flavors. Happy hour appetizer plate (free with a drink): A genuine highlight. The onion sticks were exceptional: crispy exterior, savory chopped filling, essentially a superior onion ring. The porchetta chips had a fennel/anise note that surprised me in the best way. There were also some thinly sliced pickled items with great crunch that I couldn’t identify but kept eating anyway. Chefs did their thing Drink: amaro — didn’t catch the name but it was the right call for the food. The pay-by-weight model is genuinely great for variety seekers. Happy hour makes it an especially smart stop. Will be back to work through more of the pizza options"

"I really enjoyed this place and the spin on being as far as I'm aware, the first Roman style pizza place in Seattle. They have large pies (pizza pies) displayed and you tell them how much to cut and that's your slice they reheat. I got a half a pound of the Brooklyn (pepperoni, sausage, and after bake ricotta, grated Parmesan, peppers and onion), and half a pound of the Aged White Mozzarella (aged mozzarella, garlic base, and after bake chili flakes). It was more than enough. Next time I'll do a quarter pound of each. I met the owner Forest there who was hanging out with his dope curled mustache, red converse, and black dress shirt, and he was quite polite. I gave him a suggestion about the after bake mentioning in parentheses the ingredients that are after bake to make it more clear on the card. Brooklyn This pizza like all their pizza is Roman style which is like having pizza on fluffy focaccia bread. Quite airy but I really enjoyed the Brooklyn. The pepperoni cups and sausage had good bite, the cheese and sauce was tasty and not too tangy, and the ricotta was whipped appropriately and added a cool finish. I'd definitely get this again. 8/10 White Aged Mozzarella This pizza alone should have been a winner but the chili flakes they put on after is too much for my own preferences. I loved the spice of the sauce and flavor profile but the flakes were too big and took away from the pizza's core of mozzarella and garlic sauce. So a simple fix is asking for ez flakes I'd imagine next time. Because it does add to the pizza but it's just too much. If this is the only way the pizza comes and you can't modify the flakes or remove them entirely the rating would sit lower at: 6/10 Lemon Granita A shaved lemon ice drink. Would be awesome for summer. Very acidic and hot the vibrant lemon notes quite well without being too sour. It's like an icee lemonade. And they give you a ton in the cup. 8/10 I'd definitely return and try some of the other pies or a redo of the Aged Mozzarella with less flakes if able. Couldn't tell you if they make custom pizzas to go. Maybe? Because of the Aged Mozzarella it evens out the score a little lower. Overall, 7/10⭐"

"Went to the soft opening last night and enjoyed a free pizza, so I can't speak to the price, however what I can attest to is the overall quality and flavor of the pies. My girlfriend and I tried the spicy boar, the Brooklyn, and the hot white slices. The spicy boar pizza was one of the more flavorful pizzas, I have had in recent years without being too overwhelmingly spicy. The Brookylyn was a nice meatier slice with pepperoni, sausage, and peppers. Lastly, the white hot was an interesting slice due to it's crispy chili peppers and hot oil. Fun tip: adding the extra chili crisps and hot oil to the other pies, really intensified the flavors. They also had a number of vegan and vegetarian options to try! My girlfriend and I both agreed that we would return whenever we are in the area again."
